The conference room in unit 225 is a shared amenity that can be booked via the online calendar (link below) by tenants of 2424 Studios. It is open for booking weekdays from 6:30am to 8:00pm. Please request booking access by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Each tenant may book up to 4 hours (give or take a few hours) per leased unit per month at no charge. Should a tenant need more time or require different hours than are available, please make a request for review.
If you have booked time and no longer need the space, please delete or update your booking immediately to free up the space for another user.
The conference room has table seating for 8 and lounge seating for 4. Additional folding chairs and a projector can be requested. The room cannot comfortably accommodate more than 15-20 people.

- Do not move the furniture!
- Leave surfaces clean and clear
- Remove all trash and food after use.
- No sound amplification, music or voices above conversational level.
- Repairs or cleaning, if needed after use, will be billed to tenant.
